Love Gallery has quickly become one of the cornerstones of Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District, and this month’s show “Succulent and Savage: Interiors” has been among the most anticipated of the season.  Curated by Tracy Tomko–known not only for her skill at putting together art shows, but also for her own art and being one of the founders of Pangloss Gravitron–the show challenged a group of Denver artists with creating self portraits as a succulent, a savage or a combination of the two.  The show is marked for both pushing the boundaries of the gallery and challenging the artists to come out of their comfort zone.  These pictures are from the First Friday opening; the show will be on display all of February.
